Price list

Price per user per month. No binding. You pay after each month for what you used.

This is a translation: the Danish version prevails.

User types

All prices exclude VAT. Every user type can use both the web app and the mobile app.

Office

At least one required

Owner, office, dispatcher and bookkeeper: those who plan and assign work, invoice, manage settings and run reports.

Technician

The technician in the van: own and assigned jobs, time registration, materials, photos and checklists.

Apprentice

Apprentices and trainees who register their own time and document the jobs they are put on.

Subcontractor

External fitters and hired crews who follow the jobs they are put on and register their own time.

  • The user type sets the price

    What each user can see and do is up to you, through the roles you give them. Choose the user type that fits the user's work: a user who, for example, invoices or manages settings is an office user.

  • Always one office user

    There must always be at least one active office user.

  • Named users

    Each user is a named person. A login may not be shared.

How you pay

Default

After each month

When a month is over, you pay for the highest number of active users of each type that were active at the same time. A deactivated user stops counting from the deactivation, and you can swap users freely.

Or in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months

The same price per month. Users added during the period are charged for the rest of it in whole months.

Changing user type
A user who changes type during a month counts as the dearest of those types for the whole month.
First month
The first, partial month after the trial is charged pro rata by days.
Payment
Card or invoice by bank transfer. Payment within 10 days.
No binding
You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
Price adjustment
Prices are adjusted once a year on 1 January by Statistics Denmark's net price index, by at least 3 %. We give at least 30 days' notice.
